While we do everything possible to avoid “doubling up” passengers with other parties, sometimes situations arise where we have no choice. A private car can be guaranteed for an additional $20.00.
Yes, if there is a driver in particular whom you would prefer to be your driver, just ask! We will make every effort to get that driver to you.
Yes, rides may be prepaid by visiting our corporate office in Franklin Square or by sending a check. If you opt to send a check please send it with enough time for the check to clear.
